Artist's Description
In the United States of America, the bald eagle is both the national bird and national animal. They became the national emblem and pride of a nation for the United States of America in 1782.
Titled Indigenous EYEcon since the native American bald eagle is sacred, and the Messengers of The Creator for many First Nations tribes.
I dedicate this painting to North American First Nation people, and all men and women who have served in the United States military whether deceased, retired, veterans or currently serving their country.
Original is 16x20 oil on stretched canvas.

About Donna Proctor
DONNA PROCTOR FINE ART * * * * * * * * Fine art painter who also loves to shoot photography of wild life, nature and sometimes just things ... I am inspired by the beauty I see in every day life. My work is of the moment. What it was yesterday, what it is today and what it will be tomorrow is just a marker en-route to artistic self-expression. Personal expression is a life-long journey of joy, doubt, disappointment, celebration, challenges and so... With each new painting or photograph artists always feel like they could have done more, could have done it better but that's what drives us forward and lifts us to higher levels and, the best we can do is just leave behind our own personal signatures...
