Taking the steps and not the elevator, it's a long and winding Descent to the Sea, down to the Italian shore from Praiano, Italy along the Amalfi Coast.
Climbing back up to street level where the hotel sits, takes more than a good amount of time even if one is physically fit! The view is spectacular and the trip is well worth it.
This coastal area on the west coast of Italy is rocky and breathtaking!
